A Winter Toast to London’s Finest at TEN
Winter at TEN is about fire, spice and glasses that warm your hands. Our new drinks list is built with London in mind, created in partnership with local roasters, distillers and makers. Wherever possible the spirits we serve are made in the city, a quiet celebration of London’s finest.
Mulled Wine Sour is our festive classic, sharpened. Rich red wine is gently mulled with cloves and cinnamon, then shaken with citrus into a deep ruby sour with a soft froth on top. It has all the comfort of mulled wine, with the brightness and balance of a cocktail.
Oatnog is winter cosiness in a glass. Inspired by eggnog, it swaps cream for oat to keep things silky and indulgent without feeling heavy. Lightly spiced with nutmeg and vanilla, it is smooth, creamy and made for cradling.
For those who want their drink hot, the Mulled Cider Hot Toddy brings pure fireside comfort. Cloudy cider is slowly warmed with citrus and spice, then lifted with a measure of spirit for depth and gentle heat.
Alongside these sits a pot of classic mulled wine, ready to be poured. You can drink it as it comes or fortify it with a shot of whisky, spiced rum or cherry brandy for extra warmth.
And to finish, a line up of rich hot chocolates, including a fully loaded version spiked with Baileys, piled high with whipped cream and topped with marshmallows. Simple, indulgent and utterly over the top, it is the sweetest way to end a winter evening at TEN.
