The adventure begins by transforming Jimmys front room into a restaurant for 25 people in Balham. Having borrowed the tables and chairs from the local church, and assigned the help of housemates to wait on tables, the flame was lit with raucous sell out evenings in Jimmy’s first London flat, let's hope the landlord’s not reading this.
March 2012- Savoyard Supper Club
Pop ups come to the Alps. In a cosy chalet and bar Jimmy took his popups to Courchevel, showcasing his talents to holiday makers and locals alike to 35 people at a time before founding a Chalet company out there.
May 2012- Wild Food Kitchen
With an emphasis on wild and foraged food, a warehouse in Hackney was transformed in to a five day sell out dining experience.
July 2012- September 2012- ‘Jimmy’s Olympic Supper Club at Annex East’
As all eyes were on East London for the Olympics, we converted a derelict warehouse in to an eight week popup restaurant celebrating the very best of British food whilst showing all the action on the big screen. From live music and DJ’s, to Olympic themed quiz nights, not to mention ‘Dodgeball And Dinner’.
May 2013- Sept 2014 – Jimmy’s Pop Up @ DVine Cellars.
The basement of this cosy wine shop in Clapham was transformed in to a 26 seat sell out pop up restaurant three nights a week. With burger and Bordeaux Thursdays, and six course tasting menus on a Friday and Saturday night, it’s no surprise we had a six week waiting list to get in.
Oct 2014- March 2015- The Lodge, Balham
We brought the Alps to Southwest London this winter as we converted a sleepy shop unit on Hildreth Street in to an Alpine Lodge for 5 months, serving fondues, hot cocktails and wild game. With a two month waiting list, it was a most incredible journey for all involved.
April 2015 - September 2015 The Secret Garden, Clapham
An indoor garden, hidden behind a secret entrance, serving the very best British gardens have to offer on mini picnic benches? Yep, Jimmy did it again: From dill infused cocktails to the finest Oxfordshire crayfish, we celebrated summer in style, oblivious to the torrential rains and cold evenings.

As we wave goodbye to the Lodge, whilst we’re putting the final touches to our new home and top secret summer project we will be making a return to our beloved Dvine Cellars, where it all began for us!

With a name like Garcia, Jimmy knows a thing or two about tapas, so it seems only right that we created a concept combining the best of our contemporary take on some of Jimmy’s dad’s (Papa G) classic Spanish Dishes in the form of a super creative tasting menu and a range of amazing Spanish wines, or a full wine flight!
Out with meat Free monday, and in with Wagyu Wednesdays (and Thursdays!!), we’re taking our 4 year Old Concept up a notch, with an evening of Premium Burgers and sides washed down with half a bottles of Bordeaux Wine and our signature Ice Cream Factory Dessert makes a return to Dvine Cellars, all for just £35.00 per head including half a bottle of Bordeaux.
